“双风筝”皮瓣在眼睑前层色素痣切除后创面修复中的应用

【摘要】：正眼睑位于面部显要位置,眼睑色素痣对容貌的影响很大,前层色素痣切除后创面的修复要求高,轻微畸形就足以对外观产生明显影响,重者可导致暴露性角膜炎甚至失明。2012年以来,海军总医院应用"双风筝"皮瓣修复眼睑前层色素痣切除后创面8例,效果满意,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料本组8例患者,女7例,男1例,年龄3~46岁,平均28.2岁。分裂痣1例,上睑4例,下睑3例;术后病理报告皮
