超重与肥胖对高血压患者医疗费用负担的影响

【摘要】：探讨超重、肥胖与高血压交互作用对医疗费用的影响。结果显示:与体重正常的高血压患者相比,肥胖和超重患者患四种高血压并发症(心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、肾病或眼病)的概率分别提高11.65个和6.45个百分点,归因于超重和肥胖部分的人均年医疗费用负担分别为1410元和985元,合计占四种高血压并发症医疗费用的22.79%。可见,肥胖与超重显著增加高血压患者的并发症风险及其医疗负担,有效控制肥胖和超重是高血压疾病管理的重要措施。
[Abstract]:To explore the effect of overweight, obesity and hypertension interaction on medical expenses. The results showed that obese and overweight patients had four kinds of hypertension complications (cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease) compared with normal weight hypertensive patients. The probability of nephropathy or ophthalmopathy increased by 11.65 and 6.45 percentage points respectively, which was attributed to the burden of medical expenses per person per person in the overweight and obese parts being 1410 yuan and 985 yuan, respectively, accounting for 22.79 percent of the medical expenses for the four kinds of hypertension complications. Obesity and overweight significantly increase the risk of complications and their medical burden in hypertensive patients. Effective control of obesity and overweight is an important measure in the management of hypertension.
