高血压患者肱动脉压与中心动脉压的变化趋势及相关性

【摘要】:目的:研究高血压患者肱动脉压、中心动脉压随年龄增长的变化趋势,研究肱动脉压与中心动脉的相关性,探讨可能的影响因素及机制。方法:随机选取1300名志愿者,年龄54±24岁,其中男性672名,女性628名,测量患者的中心动脉压、肱动脉压,根据年龄分组,分析收缩压、舒张压、脉压分别随年龄变化趋势,探讨可能的影响因素及机制;研究两种测量方法的相关性。结果:肱动脉压(bBP)与中心动脉压(cBP)随年龄变化趋势均一致,其中舒张压(DBP)一致性较好;肱动脉收缩压(bSBP)高于中心动脉收缩压(cSBP),差值为[15.15±10.20]mmHg,(P0.01)肱动脉舒张压(bDBP)低于中心动脉舒张压(cDBP),差值为[-1.68±5.99]mmHg, (P.01),肱动脉脉压(bPP)高于中心动脉脉压(cPP),差值为[16.94±10.67]mmHg, (P0.01);多元逐步回归分析cBP、bPP的主要影响因素均是年龄、心率、身高。结论:肱动脉压与中心动脉压随年龄变化趋势一致,大致呈上升趋势,其中DBP一致性较好,但两种测量方法所得血压之间有差异;中心动脉压、肱动脉压均与身高、心率、年龄有相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the change trend of brachial artery pressure and central artery pressure with age in hypertensive patients, to study the correlation between brachial artery pressure and central artery, and to explore the possible influencing factors and mechanism. Methods: 1300 volunteers were randomly selected. The age was 54 卤24 years old, including 672 males and 628 females. The central arterial pressure and brachial artery pressure were measured. According to the age group, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were analyzed with age, and the possible influencing factors and mechanism were discussed. Results: brachial artery pressure (BBP) and central artery pressure (cBP) had the same trend with age, and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was more consistent. Brachial artery systolic pressure (BSBP) was higher than central artery systolic pressure (BSBP), the difference was [15.15 卤10.20] mmHgP0. 01) brachial artery diastolic pressure (BDBP) was lower than that of central artery diastolic pressure (cDBP), the difference was [-1.68 卤5.99] mmHg (P.01, brachial artery pressure) was higher than that of central artery pulse pressure (cPPV), the difference was [16.94 卤10.67] mmHgP0.01, and the multiple stepwise regression score was [16.94 卤10.67] mmHgP0.01). Age is the main influencing factor of cBP- BPP. Conclusion: brachial artery pressure and central artery pressure have the same trend with age and tend to increase, among which DBP is consistent, but there is a difference between the two methods. Brachial artery pressure was correlated with height, heart rate and age.
