【摘要】：目的通过与第一次自查结果对比分析,掌握吉林省克山病病情,评估吉林省克山病病情控制与消除现状。方法按全国克山病监测方案要求,在吉林省克山病病区县开展病情调查。结果搜索慢型克山病772例,其中2例为新确诊慢克。重点调查检出潜在型克山病95人,检出率为3.08‰;全省23个县(市、区)达到消除标准,14个县(市、区)没有达到消除标准,其中通化、长白、蛟河没有达到控制标准。结论吉林省克山病病情处于平稳低发状态,但仍有新病例检出,病情监测工作仍不能松懈。
