高尿酸血症与冠心病关系的初探

【摘要】:目的:初步探究高尿酸血症与冠心病的关系。方法:选取山西省心血管病医院200例高尿酸血症患者。通过冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的设为观察组,人数为123例,平均年龄为(60.98±10.19)岁;冠脉造影结果正常的设为对照组,人数为77例,平均年龄为(60.03±9.64)岁。对两组血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等生化指标进行比较。结果:两组的性别、年龄、糖尿病史、吸烟史、饮酒史无统计学差异(P0.05);高血压病史、血脂异常病史有统计学差异(P0.05)。两组的血尿酸、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇有差异(P0.05)。两组logistic回归分析显示:高尿酸血症、总胆固醇是冠心病的独立危险因素(P0.05)。血尿酸与总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、呈正相关性,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关性。结论:高尿酸血症、总胆固醇是冠心病的独立危险因素,血尿酸、总胆固醇的水平越高,冠心病的发病率、死亡率越高。降低血尿酸、总胆固醇水平,有利于降低冠心病的发病率、死亡率。血尿酸与总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯呈正相关性,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关性。降低总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯或提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平,有利于血尿酸水平的控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: 200 patients with hyperuricemia in Shanxi Cardiovascular Disease Hospital were selected as observation group, 123 patients were diagnosed by coronary angiography, the average age was 60.98 卤10.19 years. The normal coronary angiography results were used as control group (77 cases, mean age: 60.03 卤9.64) years. Serum uric acid, creatinine, urea nitrogen, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured in two groups. Results: there was no significant difference in sex, age, history of diabetes, history of smoking, history of alcohol consumption between the two groups (P 0.05), and there were significant differences in the history of hypertension and dyslipidemia between the two groups (P 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that hyperuricemia and total cholesterol were the independent risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD). Serum uric acid and total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index (BMI). Fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, positive correlation, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol negative correlation. Conclusion: hyperuricemia, total cholesterol is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, the higher the level of serum uric acid, total cholesterol, The higher the incidence of coronary heart disease, the higher the mortality. Lowering the level of serum uric acid and total cholesterol is conducive to reducing the incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease. Serum uric acid and total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, There was a positive correlation between triglycerides and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Decrease in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride or elevated HDL cholesterol levels, It is beneficial to the control of serum uric acid level.
