γ-谷氨酰基转移酶与早发冠心病的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨γ-谷氨酰基转移酶对早发冠心病的预测价值及与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性分析。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年4月在山西医科大学第一附属医院心导管室行冠状动脉造影检查的866例患者的基本资料和血生化指标水平进行回顾性分析,按照冠状动脉造影的结果分成冠心病组和非冠心病组,再根据年龄将冠心病组分成早发冠心病组(男55岁,女65岁)与晚发冠心病组(男≥55岁,女≥65岁),并对冠心病组的冠状动脉结果进行Gensini评分及危险因素相比较。所有统计分析采用SPSS统计软件分析处理,两组间比较采用t检验,多组间比较采用方差分析。结果:(1)早发冠心病组传统危险因素较晚发冠心病组少(P0.05);(2)早发冠心病组吸烟[50.6%(147/290)比38.1%(165/434),P0.05]和冠心病家族史[30.0%(87/290)比19.8%(86/434),P0.05]比率较高,高血压[59.3%(173/290)比73.5%(319/434),P0.05)]比率较低;(3)早发冠心病组GGT水平相对较晚发冠心病组高(37.2±8.0 U/L比18.1±1.44 U/L,P0.05);(4)早发冠心病组中病变累及单支冠状动脉的患者比例较晚发冠心病组多(P0.05);(5)早发冠心病组Gensini评分较晚发冠心病组相较高(1.63±1.16比1.51±1.14),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:早发冠心病危险因素少,血清GGT水平升高可能是早发冠心病的独立的危险因素,为临床进一步研究提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the predictive value of 纬 -glutamyltransferase in early onset coronary heart disease and the correlation between 纬 -glutamyl transferase and coronary artery disease. Methods: from January 2015 to April 2016, we selected cardiac guide in the first affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. The basic data and serum biochemical indexes of 866 patients underwent coronary angiography were analyzed retrospectively.
