益心舒胶囊对PCI术后患者生活质量和焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

【摘要】：目的评价益心舒胶囊对经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量改善的有效性和安全性。方法采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)筛选出59例并发焦虑、抑郁情绪的患者,按照2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(19例),2组均常规给以冠心病二级预防治疗,治疗组加用益心舒胶囊;分别在入院、第1月、第2月、第3月进行HRSD、HAMA、SF-36评分。结果 2组焦虑、抑郁情绪均有明显改善,与治疗前比,HRSD、HAMA评分P0.05~0.01,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05~0.01);治疗组SF-36的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛和一般健康的评分与治疗前比,P0.05~0.01,对照组生理功能、躯体疼痛、一般健康与治疗前比较,P0.05~0.01,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05~0.01)。结论益心舒胶囊可缓解PCI术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善其生活质量,无严重的不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yixinshu capsule in improving anxiety, depression and quality of life (QOL) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 19) according to the ratio of 2: 1. The patients in the treatment group were treated with secondary prophylaxis of coronary heart disease and the treatment group were treated with Yixinshu capsule, respectively, on admission, January, February, respectively. Results the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly improved in both groups, and compared with those before treatment, the scores of Hama in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05 卤0.01), and the physiological function and function of SF-36 in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. The scores of somatic pain and general health were higher than that of P0.05P0.01before treatment, the physiological function, somatic pain and general health of the control group were better than that of the control group (P0.05P0.05P0.011.Conclusion Yixinshu capsule can relieve anxiety and depression in patients after PCI. Improve their quality of life, no serious adverse reactions.
