天津市居民添加糖、食盐摄入量与血压值关系的研究

【摘要】:目的分析了解天津市居民添加糖和食盐摄入情况,探讨其与高血压之间的关系,为高血压一级预防提供更可靠的依据。方法根据2010-2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测天津地区数据,采用连续3 d 24 h膳食回顾法、调味品称重法和食物频率法获得居民添加糖和食盐摄入量,现场测量血压获得血压值。结果天津居民每标准人日添加糖和食盐平均摄入量分别为24.10 g和14.68 g。高血压人群收缩压和舒张压在不同添加糖摄入量下差异均有统计学意义(均有P0.05),天津市居民血压值在不同食盐摄入量下差异均有统计学意义(均有P0.05)。结论天津市居民添加糖总体摄入水平虽尚在膳食推荐范围内,但高血压人群添加糖摄入量尚需注意,食盐总体摄入水平偏高,血压值随食盐摄入量增加而升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between sugar and salt intake and hypertension in Tianjin residents. Methods based on the data of Chinese residents' nutrition and health status monitoring in Tianjin from 2010 to 2012, the diet review for 3 days and 24 hours was used. Intake of added sugar and salt was obtained by flavoring method and food frequency method. Results the average daily intake of sugar and salt in Tianjin residents were 24.10 g and 14.68 g respectively. There were significant differences in blood pressure among residents of Tianjin under different salt intake (P 0.05). Conclusion the total intake of added sugar in Tianjin is still within the recommended range of diet. However, attention should be paid to the intake of sugar in hypertensive population. The total intake of salt was higher, and the blood pressure increased with the increase of salt intake.
