参鹿复律汤联合西药治疗缓慢型心律失常的疗效及作用分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨参鹿复律汤联合西药治疗缓慢型心律失常的疗效及其可能作用机制。方法:随机数字法将87例缓慢型心律失常患者分为观察组(44例)与对照组(43例),观察组采取参鹿复律汤联合沙丁胺醇治疗,对照组则给予单纯沙丁胺醇治疗,均干预2周,比较两组临床疗效及安全性,并对治疗前后中医证候积分、24 h动态心电图及血液流变学指标测定。结果:观察组治疗总有效率90.91%,显著高于对照组的72.09%(P0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后心悸、胸闷、气短、畏寒积分、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度均显著下降,最快心率、最慢心率、平均心率均显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且观察组治疗后上述指标均显著优于对照组(P0.05);观察组治疗后SDNN较治疗前显著提高,SDANN、RMSSD显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而对照组治疗前后上述指标比较无显著差异(P0.05),观察组治疗后SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:参鹿复律汤联合西药治疗缓慢型心律失常安全有效,能明显改善其临床症状、心脏自主神经功能及血流动力学指标,提高心率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of Shenlu Fulu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Methods: 87 patients with bradyarrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 44) and the control group (n = 43). The observation group was treated with Shenlu Fulu decoction combined with salbutamol, while the control group was treated with salbutamol alone for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared, and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and hemorheology were measured before and after treatment.Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.09) (P 0.05), compared with that before treatment, palpitation, chest tightness, shortness of breath, chilling score, high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and the fastest heart rate were observed in the two groups.The slowest heart rate and mean heart rate were significantly increased (P 0.05), and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the SDNN in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the SDNN of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference before and after treatment in the control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference between the observation group (P 0.05) and the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: Shenlu Fulu decoction combined with western medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, cardiac autonomic nerve function and hemodynamics, and increase heart rate.
