男性外勤交警人群高血尿酸与心血管危险因素关系分析

【摘要】:目的了解男性外勤交警人群血尿酸水平,探讨其高血尿酸与心血管危险因素及其聚集性之间的关系。方法采用方便抽样方法,以1 039名广州市男性外勤交警人群为研究对象,进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查。根据血尿酸水平是否偏高(420.00μmol/L)将研究对象分为高血尿酸组和对照组。结果男性外勤交警人群血尿酸水平中位数为431.00μmol/L,高血尿酸检出率为56.3%。高血尿酸组人群外勤警龄、收缩压、舒张压和血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肌酐的水平均高于对照组(P0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组(P0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,调整混杂因素年龄和饮酒后,超重与肥胖、高TG和高TC男性外勤交警罹患高血尿酸的风险均高于正常者(P0.05),比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)分别为2.347(1.772~3.109)、2.040(1.517~2.743)和1.431(1.080~1.896);男性外勤交警罹患高血尿酸的风险均随外勤警龄和血肌酐水平的增加而升高(P0.05),OR及其95%CI分别为1.028(1.004~1.054)和1.048(1.033~1.062)。男性外勤交警人群中高血尿酸者所占比例随着心血管危险因素的增多而增多(P0.01)。男性外勤交警人群有1、2、3、4及5个以上的心血管危险因素时罹患高血尿酸的风险分别为无心血管危险因素个体的1.583、2.351、4.657、2.865和13.576倍(P0.05)。结论男性外勤交警人群罹患高血尿酸的风险与心血管危险因素密切相关,其风险随心血管危险因素聚集而增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the level of serum uric acid in male traffic police and its relationship with cardiovascular risk factors and aggregation.Methods 1 039 male traffic policemen in Guangzhou were investigated by questionnaire, physical examination and laboratory examination.The subjects were divided into hyperuricemia group and control group according to whether the level of uric acid was higher than 420.00 渭 mol / L.Results the median level of serum uric acid was 431.00 渭 mol / L and the detection rate of hyperuricemia was 56.3%.The field police age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum triglyceride TGG, total cholesterol TCU, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), creatinine were higher in the hyperuricuric acid group than those in the control group (P 0.01), and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that of the control group (P 0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, adjusted for confounding age and alcohol consumption, overweight and obesity,With the increase of the level of P0.05, the OR and 95%CI were 1.02828, 1.004, 1.054, and 1.048, 1.033, 1.062, respectively.The proportion of male traffic police with high uric acid increased with the increase of cardiovascular risk factors.The risk of hyperuricemia in male traffic police was 1.583 / 2.351and 4.6572.865 and 13.576 times respectively when there were more than 5 cardiovascular risk factors in the male field traffic police, and the risk of hyperuricemia was 13.576 times than that of the individuals without cardiovascular risk factors (P < 0.05).Conclusion the risk of hyperuricemia in male traffic police is closely related to cardiovascular risk factors, and the risk increases with the concentration of cardiovascular risk factors.
