保元汤联合参麦注射液治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆脑钠肽和舒张功能的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨保元汤联合参麦注射液治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的疗效及对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)和舒张功能的影响。方法老年DHF患者80例按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各40例。两组均给予常规西药治疗,试验组再给予保元汤联合参麦注射液治疗。对比两组治疗效果,并且应用免疫荧光法(IFA)检测治疗前后血浆BNP水平,使用超声检测左室舒张功能和左室射血分数(LVEF)变化。结果试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05);治疗后两组LVEF水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组。血浆BNP水平明显降低,且试验组低于对照组(P0.05);治疗后两组舒张早期充盈速度(E)、E/舒张晚期充盈速度(A)均升高,且试验组均高于对照组A、减速时间(DT)均降低,低于对照组(P0.05)。结论保元汤联合参麦注射液治疗老年DHF效果显著,可以明显降低血浆BNP水平,改善左室舒张功能,值得临床推荐。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of Baoyuan decoction combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of elderly patients with diastolic heart failure (DHF) and its effects on plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and diastolic function.Methods 80 elderly patients with DHF were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine, and the experimental group were treated with Baoyuan decoction combined with Shenmai injection.The plasma BNP levels, left ventricular diastolic function and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured by immunofluorescence before and after treatment.Results the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the level of LVEF in the two groups increased after treatment, and was higher in the experimental group than in the control group.Plasma BNP level was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the early diastolic filling velocity and the late diastolic filling velocity in the two groups were increased after treatment, and both in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the deceleration time was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Baoyuan decoction combined with Shenmai injection is effective in the treatment of senile DHF, which can significantly reduce plasma BNP level and improve left ventricular diastolic function, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
