同入路导丝导管辅助技术处理贴壁腔静脉滤器21例报道

【摘要】:目的回顾性分析采用原入路导管导丝技术,对于倾斜贴壁腔静脉滤器回收困难的手术技巧。方法2012年1月至2016年12月共处理倾斜贴壁导致回收困难滤器共21例,采用同侧入路泥鳅导丝与猪尾导管辅助技术,将滤器适当移动,解除贴壁,并将滤器回收。术后予复查及随访。结果所有21枚滤器均完整顺利取出。平均回收时间53.3 min。所有患者均无明显并发症发生。随访期间未发现腔静脉损伤或血栓形成。结论采用导丝、导管,与原有抓捕器配合,将滤器整体适度回拖,能有效地解除滤器偏斜,提高因回收钩贴壁取出困难滤器的回收率。
[Abstract]:Objective to retrospectively analyze the surgical techniques for the recovery of inclined adherent vena cava filter by using the original catheter guide wire technique.Methods from January 2012 to December 2016, a total of 21 cases of difficult recovery filters caused by inclined attachment were treated. The auxiliary technique of homolateral approach was used to guide Loach and pig tail catheter. The filter was moved properly, the adherent was released and the filter was recovered.Postoperative follow-up and follow-up.Results all 21 filters were removed successfully.The average recovery time was 53.3 min.No significant complications occurred in all patients.No vena cava injury or thrombosis was found during follow-up.Conclusion the deviation of the filter can be effectively relieved and the recovery rate of the filter which is difficult to take out because of the recovery hook sticking can be effectively relieved by using the guide wire, the catheter and the original gripper, and the filter can be properly towed back as a whole.
