大剂量地塞米松对免疫性血小板减少症患者调节性T淋巴细胞的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨大剂量地塞米松对免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者CD4~+CD25~+调节性T淋巴细胞水平的影响,并与常规剂量地塞米松进行比较。方法选择22例大剂量地塞米松治疗的ITP患者作为观察组,23例常规剂量地塞米松治疗的ITP患者为对照组,用流式细胞仪检测外周血CD4~+CD25~+调节性T淋巴细胞数量。结果两组患者治疗前、治疗后第14天复查血常规,评价治疗效果,观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗前、治疗后第14天复查CD4~+CD25~+调节性T淋巴细胞数量较治疗前均有升高,但观察组上升幅度明显大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论大剂量地塞米松对ITP患者疗效迅速,起效快,对外周血CD4~+CD25~+调节性T淋巴细胞的影响明显大于常规剂量地塞米松。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of high dose dexamethasone on CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocyte level in patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and to compare it with conventional dose dexamethasone. Methods 22 patients with ITP treated with high dose of dexamethasone were selected as the control group and 23 patients with ITP treated with conventional dexamethasone as control group. The number of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. Results before treatment and 14 days after treatment, the blood routine examination and evaluation of the therapeutic effect showed that the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Before treatment and 14 days after treatment, the number of CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocytes in the two groups was higher than that before treatment, but the increase in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of high dose dexamethasone on peripheral blood CD4 ~ CD25 ~ regulatory T lymphocytes is rapid and effective in patients with ITP.
