地西他滨联合CAG治疗老年骨髓增生异常综合征的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察地西他滨(DAC)联合CAG方案对老年骨髓增生异常综合症的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性总结分析重庆医科大学附属第一医院收治的20例老年确诊为骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)接受地西他滨联合CAG方案[地西他滨25mg/d,d1-5,qd,静脉滴注;阿克拉霉素(ACR)10 mg/d,d3-6,qd,静脉滴注;阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)10mgm-2d-1,d3-9,q12h,皮下注射;粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)200ugm-2d-1,d1-14,qd,皮下注射]治疗的患者,观察临床疗效。结果20例老年白血病患者经过地西他滨联合CAG化疗后,缓解率(CR+mCR)为50%,总反应率(ORR,即CR+mCR+PR+HI)为90%。1年总生存(OS)率为82%,2年OS率为58%,平均总生存时间(14.15±11.21)月。结论地西他滨联合CAG方案治疗老年骨髓增生异常综合症,有较高的缓解率,非血液学不良反应小,耐受性良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of dicitabine combined with CAG regimen in elderly patients with myelodysplastic syndrome. Methods Twenty elderly patients with myelodysplastic syndromes diagnosed as myelodysplastic syndrome in the first affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical efficacy was observed in patients treated with cytosine arabinoside 10 mg / d ~ (-2) d ~ (-1) d _ (3) ~ (9) Q _ (12) h, and granulocyte colony stimulating factor G ~ (-CSF) -200ugn ~ (-2) d ~ (-1) d _ (1) D _ (1) ~ (14) Q _ d (subcutaneously). Results the remission rate (CR) was 50, the total response rate (CR mCR PR HI) was 82, the average survival time was 14. 15 卤11. 21 months, and the average survival time was 14. 15 卤11. 21 months after the chemotherapy with desitabine combined with CAG in 20 patients with senile leukemia. The total response rate was 82, and the 2 year OS rate was 58, and the average survival time was 14. 15 卤11. 21 months. Conclusion Dietabine combined with CAG regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with myelodysplastic syndrome has a higher remission rate, less adverse non-hematological reactions and good tolerance.
