基于脉搏、心电和阻抗信息的动脉硬化识别的研究

【摘要】:如今动脉硬化是一种很普遍的疾病,它已经成为人类健康的一个主要威胁,引起了全社会的关注。动脉硬化病变早期可能没有明显的症状,但其生理参数实际上发生了改变,一旦出现症状,一般都很难治愈,死亡率很高,因此对动脉硬化的早期检测和干预变得非常重要。众所周知动脉硬化与血管状态是相关的,从这点上来看,可以转换为评估血管状态来判断动脉硬化,人体的生理参数包含了许多生理和病理信息。本课题利用脉搏、心电和阻抗信号与动脉硬化问的关系,采集了这三路信号并对进行其处理,然后分别提取了和动脉硬化相关的特征参数,反映血管状态。本文提取了脉搏、心电和阻抗信号的多个特征参数,代替了传统的依靠单一生理参数检测动脉硬化,通过综合分析,初步识别动脉硬化。本论文完成的主要工作如下:(1)通过采集卡完成了对脉搏、心电和阻抗信号的采集;(2)完成了用户登录和数据库管理功能;(3)实现了对这些生理信号的显示、保存、回放;(4)完成了脉搏、心电和阻抗信号的预处理,提取了各自与动脉硬化相关的特征值;(5)利用Fuzzy ISODATA算法综合分析这些生理参数的特征值,实现了对动脉硬化的初步识别。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, arteriosclerosis is a very common disease, it has become a major threat to human health, has attracted the attention of the whole society. There may be no obvious symptoms in the early stage of arteriosclerosis, but its physiological parameters have actually changed. Once the symptoms appear, it is difficult to cure and the death rate is very high, so it is very important to detect and intervene in the early stage of arteriosclerosis. It is well known that arteriosclerosis is related to vascular state. From this point of view, it can be transformed into evaluating vascular state to judge arteriosclerosis. The physiological parameters of human body contain a lot of physiological and pathological information. Based on the relationship between pulse, ECG and impedance signals and arteriosclerosis, these three signals were collected and processed, and then the characteristic parameters related to arteriosclerosis were extracted to reflect the blood vessel state. In this paper, several characteristic parameters of pulse, ECG and impedance signal are extracted, instead of traditional single physiological parameters to detect arteriosclerosis, and the arteriosclerosis is preliminarily identified by comprehensive analysis. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the collection of pulse, ECG and impedance signals is completed by the acquisition card. (2) the user login and database management functions are completed; (3) the display and preservation of these physiological signals are realized. The pretreatment of pulse, ECG and impedance signals was completed, and the respective eigenvalues related to arteriosclerosis were extracted. (5) the characteristic values of these physiological parameters were synthetically analyzed by Fuzzy ISODATA algorithm, and the primary recognition of arteriosclerosis was realized.
