益气养阴活血方加减对老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平影响研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨益气养阴活血方加减对老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平影响。方法:选择在医院循环科确诊的64例老年充血性心力衰竭患者进行随机分组对照研究,对照组32例患者予常规基础治疗,实验组33例患者在此基础上予益气养阴活血方治疗,总疗程为30 d。通过比较治疗前后患者的血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素水平的变化以及治疗后TESS评分来探究益气养阴活血方对三种指标的影响及其安全性。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平均明显降低(P0.05),与对照组相比,实验组患者血清血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平较低(P0.05)。在治疗第15、30天时两组TESS评分均无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血方加减能降低老年充血性心力衰竭患者血清脑钠肽、内皮素及降钙素原水平,促进患者的恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation prescription on serum brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and procalcitonin in elderly patients with congestive heart failure. Methods: Sixty-four elderly patients with congestive heart failure diagnosed in circulatory department in hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 32) received routine basic treatment, and the experimental group (n = 33) were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe. The total course of treatment was 30 days. By comparing the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), endothelin (et) and calcitonin (calcitonin) in patients before and after treatment and the TESS score after treatment, the effect and safety of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe on the three indexes were explored. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and calcitonin between the two groups, but after treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and calcitonin in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin and procalcitonin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups on day 1530 after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: the addition and subtraction of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe can reduce the serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide endothelin and procalcitonin in elderly patients with congestive heart failure and promote the recovery of the patients.
