基于居民健康档案的高血压危险因素分析

【摘要】:目的通过对武汉市某社区近年来高血压流行情况和相关危险因素的分析,为相关部门提供高血压预防策略的科学依据。方法直接从武汉市居民健康档案数据平台调取该社区居民健康档案数据31 817份,经过数据处理后获取有效数据9131份,用χ~2检验和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析进行高血压影响因素分析。结果该社区高血压患病率为15.34%,随着年龄的增加,人群中高血压患病率逐渐升高(χ~2=1460,P0.01)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示年龄35~44岁(OR=1.264,95%CI:1.231~1.301)、≥65岁(OR=1.003,95%CI:1.001~1.012)、超重(OR=3.163,95%CI:2.202~4.543)、肥胖(OR=6.893,95%CI:4.523~10.503)、工作日静坐时间长(OR=1.544,95%CI:1.353~1.762)、饮食一般(OR=1.249,95%CI:1.066~1.462;即多油、多盐和辛辣3个指标出现2个)、重口味(OR=1.272,95%CI:1.065~1.520;饮食多油多盐且辛辣)是高血压发生的危险因素。结论不良的生活方式和年龄增长已成为该社区高血压发生的主要危险因素。应在大力改善居民的生活方式的同时关注老年人的身体状况,提前进行预防或控制高血压的高发态势。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of hypertension and related risk factors in a community in Wuhan in order to provide scientific basis for hypertension prevention strategies. Methods 31,817 records of residents' health files were collected directly from Wuhan residents' Health Archives data platform, and 9131 valid data were obtained after data processing. The influencing factors of hypertension were analyzed by 蠂 ~ 2 test and multivariate unconditioned Logistic regression analysis. Results the prevalence rate of hypertension in this community was 15.34. With the increase of age, the prevalence rate of hypertension in the population gradually increased (蠂 ~ (2 1460) P 0.01).
