生长分化因子-15与急性心肌梗死患者SYNTAX评分的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)水平与急性心肌梗死(AMI)冠状动脉SYNTAX评分的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定63例AMI患者与65例非冠心病(NCHD)患者血清GDF-15水平,并采集临床资料,测定生化指标。根据冠状动脉造影检查结果采用SYNTAX评分软件计算AMI患者SYNTAX评分。分析GDF-15水平与SYNTAX评分的相关性。结果 AMI组血清GDF-15水平明显高于NCHD组[(1 252.06±488.38)ng/L vs(699.75+185.44)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。校正可能影响冠脉SYNTAX评分的因素后,GDF-15水平显著影响SYNTAX评分(F=7.684,P0.01),二者具有正相关性(r=0.444,P0.01)。结论 GDF-15水平与AMI冠脉SYNTAX评分具有相关性,可能为AMI新的标记物,预测AMI冠脉严重程度及预后。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between serum growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) and coronary artery SYNTAX score (SYNTAX) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods the serum GDF-15 levels in 63 patients with AMI and 65 patients with non-coronary heart disease were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Clinical data were collected and biochemical indexes were measured. According to the results of coronary angiography, the SYNTAX score of AMI patients was calculated by SYNTAX score software. The correlation between GDF-15 level and SYNTAX score was analyzed. Results the serum GDF-15 level in AMI group was significantly higher than that in NCHD group [1 252.06 卤488.38)ng/L vs(699.75 185.44)ng/L] (P 0.05). Correction of the factors that may affect coronary SYNTAX scores after GDF-15 significantly affected the SYNTAX score (P 0.01). There was a positive correlation between GDF-15 and FG 7. 684, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, respectively. Conclusion the level of GDF-15 is correlated with the SYNTAX score of AMI coronary artery, which may be a new marker of AMI and predict the severity and prognosis of AMI coronary artery.
