血压盐敏感性流行病学影响因素研究进展

【摘要】:个体血压对盐负荷表现出不同的反应称为盐敏感性。与血压盐抵抗者相比,血压盐敏感者更易出现靶器官损害和心血管病事件。早期识别血压盐敏感者,进行有针对性的限盐干预,有利于降低人群心血管病事件。本综述从流行病学角度,分析血压盐敏感性的可能影响因素,明确血压盐敏感性的高危人群,为预防心血管病事件提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Individual blood pressure shows different response to salt load called salt sensitivity. Blood pressure salt sensitive patients were more prone to target organ damage and cardiovascular events than those with blood pressure salt resistance. Early identification of blood pressure salt-sensitive patients and targeted salt-limited intervention will help to reduce cardiovascular events in the population. In this review, the possible influencing factors of blood pressure salt sensitivity were analyzed from the point of view of epidemiology, and the high risk population of blood pressure salt sensitivity was identified to provide reference for the prevention of cardiovascular events.
