心脏逆重构的研究进展

【摘要】：药物或器械治疗能够使心力衰竭患者心室容积和质量发生不同程度的降低,部分心室甚至恢复至正常形态大小,这种生物学改变称为"逆重构"。逆重构的发现给既往以纠正神经体液异常激活为主的心力衰竭治疗策略提供了全新的思路。本文就其分类、发生机制、临床评价及预测方法的进展论述如下。
[Abstract]:Drug or instrument therapy can reduce ventricular volume and mass in patients with heart failure to varying degrees, and some of them even return to normal size. This biological change is called "reverse remodeling". The discovery of reverse remodeling provides a new approach to the treatment of heart failure, which has been focused on correcting abnormal neurohumoral activation. In this paper, the classification, mechanism, clinical evaluation and prediction methods are discussed as follows.
