成人先天性心脏病相关并发症的预防及诊疗

【摘要】：由于儿科心脏病学、先天性心脏病(先心病)外科手术、介入治疗及重症医学等多个领域的进展,临床上出现了越来越多的先天性心脏病成年患者。成人先心病患者由于自身心脏结构及功能异常,且与普通人一样面临心血管病及其他疾病危险因素,因此,随着年龄的增长,这部分患者并发症的出现可能明显增加,并且可能对长期预后造成巨大影响。综上所述,我们有必要更加关注这部分患者的相关并发症,积极地预防、诊断及治疗,以期延长寿命,改善生活质量。
[Abstract]:Due to the progress of pediatric cardiology, surgical operation of congenital heart disease (CHD), interventional therapy and critical medicine, more and more adult patients with congenital heart disease have appeared in clinic. As adult patients with congenital heart disease suffer from abnormal cardiac structure and function and face cardiovascular and other disease risk factors as the common people, the incidence of complications in these patients may increase significantly as they grow older. And may have a significant impact on the long-term prognosis. To sum up, it is necessary to pay more attention to the complications of these patients and to actively prevent, diagnose and treat them in order to prolong life span and improve the quality of life.
