CD58分子与急性淋巴细胞白血病和淋巴瘤相关性的研究进展

【摘要】:淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-3(LFA-3/CD58)是细胞表面的一种糖蛋白,它与T淋巴细胞及自然杀伤(NK)细胞表面的CD2分子结合后可激活淋巴细胞的共刺激信号通路,从而使细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)或NK细胞最大限度地发挥对靶细胞的杀伤作用。有研究证实,在急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和淋巴瘤中肿瘤细胞表面CD58分子表达减少或者缺失,有可能导致T淋巴细胞或自然杀伤(NK)细胞活化失败,无法有效地发挥杀伤作用,使肿瘤细胞逃避淋巴细胞的免疫监视,从而导致病情变得更加复杂,易于复发。本文旨在论述肿瘤细胞表面CD58分子的结构、生物学特点及其与急性淋巴细胞白血病和淋巴瘤的关系。
[Abstract]:The lymphocyte function related antigen -3 (LFA-3/CD58) is a glycoprotein on the surface of the cell. It combines with the CD2 molecules on the surface of T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells to activate the co stimulation signal pathway of the lymphocyte, so that the cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) or NK cells can maximize the killing effect on the target cells. It has been proved that the expression of CD58 molecules on the surface of the tumor cells in ALL and lymphoma is reduced or missing, which may lead to the failure of T lymphocyte or natural killer (NK) cell activation, and can not play an effective role in killing the tumor cells, causing the tumor cells to escape the immune surveillance of the lymphocytes, thus causing the disease to become more complex. This paper aims to discuss the structure and biological characteristics of CD58 molecules on the surface of tumor cells and its relationship with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma.
