外周血MMP-9及NF-κB在OSAHS合并高血压中的表达及其相关性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and nuclear transcription factor kappa B (NF- 魏 B in the pathogenesis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) with hypertension. Methods the subjects who received polysomnography from January to June 2014 in the department of respiratory and neurology in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the results of sleep monitoring and whether they were complicated with hypertension. There were 32 OSAHS patients in the snoring group and 31 patients in the hypertension group. According to the grade of hypertension, the subgroup classification of OSAHS combined with hypertension group was carried out, including 9 cases of OSAHS with hypertension grade 1 group, 9 cases of grade 2 hypertension group, 9 cases of grade 3 group. The levels of plasma MMP-9 and the expression of MMP-9 and NF- 魏 B genes in mononuclear cells were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results the levels of plasma MMP-9, mononuclear cell MMP-9mRNA and NF- 魏 B mRNA in OSAHS with hypertension group were significantly higher than those in snoring group and OSAHS group (P0.05). The expression levels of MMP-9 mRNA and NF- 魏 B mRNA in mononuclear cells were significantly higher than those in OSAHS with hypertension grade 1 and grade 2 groups (P0.05). The expression of MMP-9 mRNA and NF- 魏 B mRNA in plasma MMP-9 was positively correlated with apnea hypopnea index (AHI),) oxygen reduction index (ODI) (P0.05), and negatively correlated with minimum oxygen saturation (LSaO2) (P0.05). Plasma MMP-9 level was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9mRNA in mononuclear cells (P0.05). The expression of MMP-9mRNA in mononuclear cells was positively correlated with the expression of NF- 魏 B mRNA (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of MMP-9 mRNA and NF- 魏 B mRNA in plasma MMP-9 level is significantly higher in OSAHS patients with hypertension and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of OSAHS complicated with hypertension, and may be regulated by NF- 魏 B pathway.
