经皮左心室降落伞置入技术的研究进展

【摘要】：降落伞是辅助治疗由于左心室重构及其左室几何学形态改变导致心力衰竭(CHF)的器械装置。本文总结了降落伞的组成、置入标准、置入技术、置入效果以及并发症情况,认为经皮左心室降落伞置入技术对左心室容积的减少多发生于置入器械后的急性期内;随着时间的推移,左心室容积减少的趋势变小。目前降落伞置入治疗CHF的经验非常有限,其有效性及安全性有待进一步研究评价。
[Abstract]:Parachute is an accessory device for the treatment of (CHF) due to left ventricular remodeling and left ventricular geometry changes. In this paper, the composition, standard, technique, effect and complications of parachute placement are summarized. It is concluded that the reduction of left ventricular volume by percutaneous left ventricular parachute implantation occurs in the acute period after implantation. Over time, the decrease in left ventricular volume tends to decrease. The experience of parachute placement in the treatment of CHF is very limited, and its efficacy and safety need further study and evaluation.
