【摘要】：正冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞(CTO)病变是否应该行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI),积极开通闭塞,一直存在争论。开通闭塞的冠状动脉,可能改善缺血心肌的灌注,保护心功能,减少缺血相关心律失常,增加冠状动脉供血能力的储备,在其他血管发生闭塞时可以提供代偿。因此,开通闭塞血管可能是有益的,但是CTO-PCI是一类复杂手术,有可能因并发症而给患者带来风险。已有的证据强度不高,尚未发现大规模前
[Abstract]:It has been debated whether percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) should be performed in patients with chronic total coronary artery occlusion (CTO). The patency of the occluded coronary artery may improve the perfusion of the ischemic myocardium, protect the heart function, reduce the ischemia related arrhythmia, increase the reserve of the coronary artery supply capacity, and provide compensation when the other vessels are occluded. Therefore, the opening of occluded blood vessels may be beneficial, but CTO-PCI is a complex type of surgery that may pose a risk to patients due to complications. The available evidence is not strong enough to be discovered on a large scale
