QT间期缩短与变异型心绞痛室性心律失常
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the relationship between the shortening of QT interval and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with variant angina pectoris. Methods: 86 patients with variant angina pectoris were included in our hospital. The data of 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG) of each patient were collected, and the 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) of the patients with variant angina pectoris during and without attack were collected, and the corrected QT intervals at and without attack were calculated. The patients with shorter corrected QT interval were included in the QT shortening group and the other patients were included in the control group. The two groups were followed up for one year. The age, sex, smoking ratio and Gao Min C-reactive protein level were compared between the two groups. The ratio of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and coronary artery disease were compared between the two groups in the proportion of ventricular presystolic load, ventricular tachycardia, syncope or sudden death. Results the smoking ratio, Gao Min C-reactive protein level, ventricular presystolic load and incidence of ventricular tachycardia in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05), age, sex and hypertension. There was no significant difference in the proportion of diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia and coronary artery disease between the control group and the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of syncope or sudden death between the control group and the control group (P0.05) .QT shortening group had 1 patient with secondary short QT interval syndrome. Sudden death occurred. Conclusion: there is a positive correlation between the shortening of QT interval and the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with variant angina pectoris.
