中介素在急性冠脉综合征患者中的水平变化及抗氧化作用机制的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的患者血清中介素(IMD)水平变化及其与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)之间的相关性。方法:选取ACS患者50例(ACS组),对照组30例。测定两组血清IMD及SOD含量,采用Pearson相关分析方法分析血清IMD与SOD相关性,Logistic回归方程分析IMD对ACS的影响,采用单因素方差分析分析IMD在各组间的水平。结果:ACS组中IMD水平高于对照组,在ACS组中,NSTEMI组、STEMI组中IMD水平较UA组升高(P0.05),而NSTEMI组的IMD水平与STEMI组比较无统计学差异(P0.05),ACS组的SOD水平低于对照组(P0.05),血清IMD水平与SOD水平负相关(r=-0.79,P0.05),血清IMD、LDL对ACS均有影响。结论:ACS患者血清IMD水平升高,IMD可能通过抑制氧化应激从而起到保护心肌的作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the changes of serum interleukin (IMD) level and its correlation with superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: 50 cases of ACS (ACS group) and 30 cases of control group (control group) were selected. The contents of IMD and SOD in serum of the two groups were measured, and the influence of IMD on ACS was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. The level of IMD in each group was analyzed by univariate variance analysis. Results the level of IMD in the control group was higher than that in the control group. The level of IMD in ACS group was higher than that in UA group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in IMD level between NSTEMI group and STEMI group (P0.05). The level of SOD in NSTEMI group was lower than that in control group (P0.05), and there was a negative correlation between IMD level and SOD level (r-0.79%, P0.05). Serum IMD,LDL had an effect on ACS. Conclusion the elevated serum IMD level may protect myocardium by inhibiting oxidative stress.
