上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院成功救治急性感染性心内膜炎患者

【摘要】：正2017年3月,上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院风湿免疫科、心内科及心外科通力协作、及时确诊,成功救治1例急性感染性心内膜炎患者。患者病情急重且凶险,从入院到手术完成共需不到6 d。患者因间断性发烧、手足小关节肿胀疼痛、双下肢针尖样红色皮疹,转诊到附属瑞金医院风湿免疫科。风湿免疫科杨程德主任发现,除上述症状外,患者尚有贫血和心脏瓣膜区有杂音、血压偏低、血氧饱和度下降等症状,给予血
[Abstract]:In March 2017, the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, affiliated to Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University, cooperated with the Department of Cardiology and Cardiology surgery to diagnose a case of acute infective endocarditis successfully. The patient was in a critical and dangerous condition, which took less than 6 days from admission to surgery. The patient was referred to Rheumatology Immunology Department of affiliated Ruijin Hospital for intermittent fever, swelling and pain of the facet joints of the hand and foot, and red rash of the lower extremities. Director Yang Chengde, Rheumatology and Immunology Department, found that in addition to the above symptoms, the patient also had anemia and murmur in the heart valve area, low blood pressure, decreased blood oxygen saturation, and other symptoms.
