缬沙坦对球囊损伤大鼠主动脉内皮后血凝素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1表达的影响
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the changes of hemagglutinin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 during intimal hyperplasia after vascular endothelial injury. To investigate the mechanism of hemagglutinin-like oxidation of low density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) in restenosis and the effect of valsartan on it. Methods: the aortic endothelial model was established in rats with balloon injury. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, injury group and drug group. Arterial tissues were taken from each group on the 14th and 28th days after operation, and the process of intimal hyperplasia was observed by HE staining. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemical technique were used to detect the expression of m RNA and protein of hemagglutinin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 in aorta. Results: the intima of aorta in the injury group was significantly thicker than that in the control group on the 14th and 28th days after operation (P0.05), and the intimal hyperplasia degree of valsartan drug group was lighter than that of the injured group on the 4th and 28th days after operation (P0.05). On the 14th and 28th days after operation, the hemagglutinin-like oxidation in the injured group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The expression of lipoprotein receptor-1m RNA and protein was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05), and the expression of hemagglutinin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1m RNA and protein in drug group was lower than that in injured group (P0.05). Conclusion: after aortic endothelial injury, vascular intima proliferates, hemagglutinin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1 expression is increased, valsartan can reduce the expression of hemagglutinin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor 1, valsartan can reduce the expression of hemagglutinin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor 1. Reduce the degree of intimal hyperplasia of injured vessels.
