老年风心病患者血清腱糖蛋白-C水平的变化及意义

【摘要】：目的探讨血清腱糖蛋白-C(TN-C)在老年风心病患者中的水平变化及其意义。方法选取134例老年风心病患者(风心病组)作为研究对象,同期正常体检健康人群60例作为对照组,分别检测两组血清TN-C、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及心功能指标,探讨血清TN-C水平与老年风心病患者心功能的关系。结果风心病组患者的血清TN-C、NT-proBNP水平均显著高于对照组(P0.05);风心病心功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者血清NT-proBNP水平显著低于Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级(P0.05),Ⅲ级心功能患者的血清NT-proBNP水平显著低于Ⅳ级(P0.05);风心病患者的血清TN-C与NT-proBNP水平、LVEDd呈显著正相关(P0.05),与LVEF、左室短轴缩短率、心脏指数呈显著的负相关(P0.05)。结论老年风心病患者血清TN-C水平显著升高,与心功能变化具有一定的相关性,对患者的诊治具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of serum tendonin-C (TN-C) in elderly patients with rheumatic heart disease. Methods 134 patients with rheumatic heart disease (rheumatic heart disease group) and 60 healthy subjects (control group) were selected as control group. Serum TN-C, amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and cardiac function were measured in two groups. To investigate the relationship between serum TN-C level and cardiac function in elderly patients with rheumatic heart disease.
