冠心病合并糖尿病患者循环血微小RNA指标及血管内皮功能指标的检测

【摘要】：目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者循环血微小RNA(miRNA)指标及血管内皮功能指标的检测价值。方法选取70例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为A组、70例单纯冠心病患者为B组、70例单纯糖尿病患者为C组及70名健康人员为D组,检测4组研究对象的循环血miRNA指标及血管内皮功能指标,同时比较A及B组中不同分型者的检测结果,A及C组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的检测结果。结果A组的循环血miRNA-20a及miRNA-133均低于其他3组,B及C组则低于D组。A组的循环血miRNA-126及miRNA-19a高于其他3组,B及C组则均高于D组。A组血管内皮功能相关指标均高于其他3组,B组及C组则均高于D组,且A与B组中不同分型者、A与C组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的检测结果也存在显著性差异(P均0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者的循环血miRNA指标及血管内皮功能指标均明显异常,其对于冠心病和糖尿病的诊治均有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of microvascular RNA (miRNA) and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected as group A, 70 patients with simple coronary heart disease as group B, 70 patients with simple diabetes mellitus as group C and 70 healthy persons as group D. The indexes of circulating blood miRNA and vascular endothelial function were measured in the four groups. The results of different types of hemoglobin in group A and B, and the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in group A and C were compared at the same time. Results the circulating blood miRNA-20a and miRNA-133 in group A were lower than those in the other three groups, and those in group B and C were lower than those in group D. the circulating blood miRNA-126 and miRNA-19a in group A were higher than those in the other three groups, and those in group B and C were higher than those in group D. the relative indexes of vascular endothelial function in group A were higher than those in group D. Group B and group C were higher than group D. There was also a significant difference in the detection results between the patients with different types of hemoglobin in group A and group B and those with different levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in group A and group C (P 0.05). Conclusion the indexes of circulating blood miRNA and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus are obviously abnormal, which has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.
