柠檬醛对花生四烯酸诱导血小板聚集抑制效果的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨柠檬醛对花生四烯酸(AA)诱导血小板黏附性及聚集性的影响,以为临床有效预防和治疗血栓性疾病提供实验依据。方法采用反应酶标仪比浊法测定柠檬醛对AA诱导血小板黏附性和凝集性的影响,数据均采用t检验,以P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果柠檬醛浓度为111μg/mL时,抗血小板凝集率都差异有统计学意义;同时,不同浓度柠檬醛在AA浓度为25、30、35 mol/L时,也具有抗AA诱导血小板凝集作用。结论柠檬醛浓度为111μg/mL时,抗血小板凝集效果最佳;同时,柠檬醛也具有抗AA诱导血小板聚集的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of citral on platelet adhesion and aggregation induced by arachidonic acid (AA) in order to provide experimental evidence for clinical prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases. Methods the effect of citral on platelet adhesion and agglutination induced by AA was determined by nephelometry. Results when the concentration of citral was 111 渭 g/mL, the anti-platelet agglutination rate was significantly different, and at the same time, the different concentrations of citral could also inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by AA when the concentration of AA was 25 渭 g/mL. Conclusion when the concentration of citral is 111 渭 g/mL, the antiplatelet agglutination effect is the best, and citral can also inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by AA.
