64排螺旋CT横截面图像分析技术在冠脉粥样斑块诊断中的价值

【摘要】:目的探讨64排螺旋CT横截面图像分析技术在冠状动脉(冠脉)粥样斑块诊断中的价值。方法选取行64排螺旋CT检查的患者65例,扫描后用心功能后处理软件计算收缩左心室末期容积(ESV)、舒张末期容积(EDV)、射血分数(EF)、每分输出量、左心室收缩力;用横截面图像分析技术记录动脉粥样斑块的位置、性质;根据美国放射学会的方法评价血管狭窄程度,并比较不同血管狭窄程度患者的左心功能。结果 65例患者共发现181个冠脉粥样斑块,冠脉左前降支近中段斑块(55.25%)多于其他分支,斑块多附着于血管的右侧壁,占据两个象限的斑块较多,以右上象限和右下象限为主;钙化性斑块占85.25%。根据血管狭窄程度将患者分为轻度组、中度组和重度组,各组左心室EDV、ESV和EF比较差异有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论通过64排螺旋CT横截面图像分析技术可很好地观察冠脉粥样斑块位置及性质,并可根据血管狭窄程度评价左心功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT cross-sectional image analysis in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic plaque. Methods Sixty-five patients with 64-row spiral CT were selected. The left ventricular end-diastolic volume (ESV),) end-diastolic volume (EDV),) ejection fraction (EF),) and the left ventricular systolic force (LVT) were calculated by the software of functional post-processing after scanning. The left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV),) ejection fraction (EF),) was calculated. The location and nature of atherosclerotic plaques were recorded by cross-sectional image analysis, and the degree of stenosis was evaluated according to the American Society of Radiology, and the left ventricular function of patients with different degree of stenosis was compared. Results A total of 181 atherosclerotic plaques were found in 65 patients. The number of plaques in the proximal middle segment of the left anterior descending coronary artery (55.25%) was more than that in the other branches. Most of the plaques attached to the right wall of the vessel and occupied more of the two quadrants. Mainly in the upper right quadrant and the lower right quadrant; Calcified plaques accounted for 85.25%. According to the degree of vascular stenosis, the patients were divided into three groups: mild group, moderate group and severe group. There were significant differences in left ventricular EDV,ESV and EF in each group (all P 0. 05). Conclusion the location and character of coronary atherosclerotic plaques can be observed well by 64-slice spiral CT cross-sectional image analysis, and the left ventricular function can be evaluated according to the degree of stenosis.
