非侵入性心电成像技术研究进展

【摘要】:心电图是非侵入性诊断心律失常最常用的工具。然而,常规体表心电图的空间分辨率很低,缺乏敏感性和特异性,且无法获得心脏局部的电活动信息。而侵入性导管标测也存在很多局限性:无法同步标测全心房或全心室,对于血流动力学不稳定的心律失常无法得到充足的时间进行标测等。一种新的无创心电成像技术(electrocardiographic imaging,ECGI)可能对心律失常的诊断和治疗带来便利。本文综述了ECGI的临床研究案例,包括心室再同步化治疗、室性心律失常、房性心律失常和心房颤动等,为新技术的推广打下基础。
[Abstract]:Electrocardiogram (ECG) is the most commonly used tool for non-invasive diagnosis of arrhythmia. However, the spatial resolution of conventional surface electrocardiogram is very low, lack of sensitivity and specificity, and the local electrical activity information of the heart can not be obtained. However, invasive catheter mapping also has many limitations: it is impossible to simultaneously map the whole atrium or ventricle, and can not get enough time to map arrhythmias with unstable hemodynamics. A new non-invasive electrocardiography (electrocardiographic imaging,ECGI) may facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia. This paper reviews the clinical studies of ECGI, including ventricular resynchronization, ventricular arrhythmias, atrial arrhythmias and atrial fibrillation.
