舒血宁对高血压肾功能障碍患者治疗作用研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨舒血宁对高血压肾功能障碍患者治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年3月~2016年8月在湖北医药学院附属襄阳医院接受治疗的高血压肾功能障碍患者临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组给予马来酸依那普利片+氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用舒血宁,两组均接受2个月的治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者血压、肾功能相关指标及血清炎症细胞因子水平的变化。结果:治疗前两组患者24 h平均SBP、24 h平均DBP、SBP变异性和DBP变异性差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组上述指标均显著低于对照组(P0.05);治疗前两组患者肾功能指标差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组m ALB、β_2-MG和ACR水平均显著低于对照组(P0.001);治疗前两组患者血清炎症细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组血清D-D、IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P0.001)。结论:舒血宁对高血压肾功能障碍患者有较好的疗效,可更好地改善患者血压和肾功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuening on hypertensive renal dysfunction. Methods: the clinical data of patients with hypertensive renal dysfunction treated in Xiangyang Hospital affiliated to Hubei Medical College from March 2015 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group according to their treatment methods. The control group was treated with amlodipine and Atto vastatin calcium tablets, the observation group was treated with Shuxuening on this basis, both groups were treated for 2 months. The changes of blood pressure, renal function and serum inflammatory cytokines were observed before and after treatment. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the mean DBP,SBP variability and DBP variability between the two groups after treatment. The above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the levels of m ALB, 尾 _ 2-MG and ACR in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.001). There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory cytokines between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the serum levels of D-DU IL-6 and TNF- 伪 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.001). Conclusion: Shuxuening has better curative effect on patients with hypertensive renal dysfunction and can improve blood pressure and renal function better.
