血清肝素结合表皮生长因子mRNA水平与急性冠状动脉综合征的关系

【摘要】:目的:探讨血清中肝素结合表皮生长因子(HB-EGF)信使核糖核酸(mRNA)水平与急性冠状动脉(冠脉)综合征的关系。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测50例急性冠脉综合征患者(ACS组)及100例正常对照组(NC组)血清中HB-EGF mRNA的表达水平,运用Logistic回归分析评估其与急性冠脉综合征的关系。结果:与NC组相比,ACS组患者的HB-EGF mRNA水平较高(0.22±0.73 vs 0.46±0.14,P0.05)。校正高血压、吸烟、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数等单因素分析中有意义的因素后,HB-EGF mRNA水平与急性冠脉综合征有关(比值比=5.813,95%可信区间:2.342~14.426,P0.001),即HB-EGF mRNA每增加0.1个灰度值,急性冠脉综合征风险增加4.813倍。结论:血清中HB-EGF mRNA水平升高与急性冠脉综合征有关。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between serum heparin binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) levels and acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of HB-EGF mRNA in serum of 50 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and 100 normal controls (NC). Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate its relationship with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Results: compared with NC group, the level of HB-EGF mRNA in ACS group was higher (0.22 卤0.73 vs, 0.46 卤0.14 vs, P0.05). Adjusted for significant factors in univariate analysis such as hypertension, smoking, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index, etc. The level of HB-EGF mRNA was associated with acute coronary syndrome (the ratio was 5.813 95% CI: 2.342 卤14.426p 0.001), that is to say, the risk of acute coronary syndrome increased 4.813 times with the increase of 0.1 gray level of HB-EGF mRNA. Conclusion: the increase of serum HB-EGF mRNA level is associated with acute coronary syndrome.
