遗传性椭圆形红细胞增多症的研究进展

【摘要】：遗传性椭圆形红细胞增多症(HE)是一种遗传性溶血性贫血疾病,是近年研究热点,国际上发表很多有关HE的研究报道,而国内关于HE的相关性研究甚少。现就HE的临床表现、发病机制、实验室检查研究进展展开综述,希望提高国内广大医师对HE的认识,合理选择实验室检查,提高对HE的诊断水平。
[Abstract]:Hereditary elliptic polycythemia (HE) is a kind of hereditary hemolytic anemia disease, which is a hot research topic in recent years. There are many reports about HE in the world, but there are few studies on the correlation of HE in China. In this paper, the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis and progress of laboratory examination of HE are reviewed in order to improve the understanding of HE among doctors in China, to select laboratory examination reasonably and to improve the diagnostic level of HE.
