冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸联合脑钠肽水平与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸联合脑钠肽水平与冠脉狭窄程度之间的相关性。方法:收集西安医学院第二附属医院2014年10月至2016年10月收治的151例患者作为研究对象,其中124例经过冠状动脉造影或冠脉CT确诊为冠心病,27例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者为对照组。同时于入院后及时抽取静脉血,采用ELISA法及电化学发光法检测血清同型半胱氨酸及脑钠肽水平,按照冠脉狭窄程度的不同分为三组:0%≤狭窄程度50%为对照组,50%≤狭窄程度75%为实验组1,75%≤狭窄程度≤100%为实验组2。讨论各组同型半胱氨酸、脑钠肽水平与冠脉狭窄程度之间的关联性,再然后将三组同型半胱氨酸、脑钠肽与冠脉狭窄程度之间进行方差分析,判断三组之间的差别。结果:对所有患者进行统计,发现:(1)冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与冠脉狭窄程度之间没有统计学意义(p0.05);(2)冠心病患者血清脑钠肽水平与冠脉狭窄程度之间存在统计学意义(p0.05),随着冠脉狭窄程度的加重,BNP水平逐渐升高,实验组2BNP水平实验组1对照组。结论:(1)冠心病患者血清Hcy水平和冠状动脉狭窄程度之间没有关联性;(2)冠心病患者血清BNP水平和冠状动脉狭窄程度之间有明显的相关性,可用来预估心脏心肌受损的严重性;(3)联合检测冠心病患者血清Hcy及BNP水平,可能对于评估冠脉狭窄没有意义。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine and brain natriuretic peptide levels and coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
