免疫性血小板减少症患者外周血调节性T细胞数量减少且血清sLAIR水平升高

【摘要】:目的探讨免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)比例和T细胞表面白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体1(LAIR-1)的表达以及血清可溶性LAIR-1(s LAIR-1)、s LAIR-2水平。方法选取ITP患者45例(ITP组)和同期健康体检的儿童35例(对照组),采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血CD4+CD25+Treg比例及LAIR-1在Treg表面的表达,ELISA检测血清中s LAIR-1和s LAIR-2水平。结果 ITP组患者外周血Treg比率明显低于对照组,ITP组和对照组CD4+CD25+Treg和CD8+T细胞膜LAIR-1表达率无显著性差异,ITP组血清s LAIR-1和s LAIR-2明显高于对照组。结论 LAIR-1可能通过影响CD4+CD25+T细胞在ITP发病过程起关键作用,LAIR-2可部分抑制LAIR-1的功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the ratio of (Treg) on regulatory T lymphocytes and the expression of leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor 1 (LAIR-1) on T cells and serum soluble LAIR-1 (s LAIR-1) in patients with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). S LAIR-2 level. Methods 45 patients with ITP (ITP group) and 35 healthy children (control group) were selected. The ratio of CD4 CD25 Treg in peripheral blood and the expression of LAIR-1 on the surface of Treg in the two groups were detected by flow cytometry. The levels of s-LAIR-1 and s-LAIR-2 in serum were detected by ELISA. Results the ratio of Treg in ITP group was significantly lower than that in control group. There was no significant difference in the expression rate of CD4 CD25 Treg and CD8 T membrane LAIR-1 between ITP group and control group. The levels of s LAIR-1 and s LAIR-2 in ITP group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion LAIR-1 may play a key role in the pathogenesis of ITP by affecting CD4 CD25 T cells. LAIR-2 can partially inhibit the function of LAIR-1.
