超声心动图评价心力衰竭模型大鼠心功能及其与血清B型钠尿肽的关系
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between heart function and serum B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) in rats with heart failure by echocardiography. Methods 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: operation group (n = 50) and normal control group (n = 30). The model of heart failure was made by ligation of left anterior descending branch of coronary artery in the operation group, and no surgical treatment was given to the normal control group. The weight changes of rats were recorded before and 50 days after operation. The left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVIDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVIDs), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPW) and interventricular septum thickness (IVS) were measured by echocardiography on the 50th day after operation. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular diameter shortening rate (LVFS),) were calculated to determine the serum BNP content in rats. The correlation between the changes of cardiac function and the serum BNP content in rats was compared. Results compared with normal control group, LVIDd,LVIDs increased significantly, LVPW,IVS,LVEF,LVFS decreased significantly and serum BNP increased significantly in the operation group (P0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum BNP content and LVPW,IVS, in the rats were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). LVEF,LVFS was negatively correlated (P0.05) and positively correlated with LVIDd,LVIDs (P0.05). Conclusion Echocardiography has good results in evaluating the changes of heart function in rats with heart failure, and there is a correlation between the changes of heart function and the content of serum BNP in rats.
