益髓补肾方对恶性血液病患者围化疗期造血功能的影响

【摘要】：目的探索益髓补肾方对恶性血液病患者围化疗期造血功能的影响。方法 100例恶性血液病患者随机分为2组,各50例。对照组和观察组分别采用常规西药治疗和益髓补肾方治疗。结果观察组患者并发症发生率(4.00%)、血小板(148.62±5.36)×10~9L~(-1)、血红蛋白(145.69±4.87)g/L、白细胞(5.36±1.58)×10~9L~(-1)、骨髓抑制恢复时间(13.69±3.47)d、临床症状恢复时间(5.14±2.69)d均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论益髓补肾方在恶性血液病患者围化疗期间使用,可改善患者造血功能,促进病情恢复。
