肌球蛋白调节性轻链磷酸化在慢性心力衰竭发生机制中的作用

【摘要】:胚胎时期,肌球蛋白调节性轻链2(myosin regulatory light chain,MYL2)在心脏的发育与功能方面扮演着重要角色。MYL2(也称MLC2)的基因突变与肥厚型心肌病有关。MYL2突变可影响肌球蛋白的结构和功能,导致肥厚型心肌病、扩张型心肌病甚至慢性心力衰竭的发生。同时,MYL2的磷酸化在心肌收缩、心室扭转、心脏功能和疾病方面也发挥着重要作用。
[Abstract]:During embryonic stage, myosin regulatory light chain 2 (myosin regulatory light chain, MYL2) plays an important role in cardiac development and function. MYL2 (also known as MLC2) gene mutation is related to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. MYL2 mutation can affect the structure and function of myosin, leading to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Dilated cardiomyopathy and even chronic heart failure. At the same time, phosphorylation of MYL2 also plays an important role in myocardial contraction, ventricular torsion, cardiac function and disease.
