餐后低血压危险因素的临床研究

【摘要】:目的:了解不同年龄段住院患者餐后低血压(PPH)的发病情况及临床特点,探讨PPH的危险因素。方法:随机抽取2015年1-6月在我院住院的430例患者,利用24h动态血压监测仪检测患者3餐前后的血压。结果:住院患者PPH患病率为52.09%。早、中、晚餐PPH的患病率分别为38.14%、19.10%、12.56%,PPH最常发生于早餐后(P0.05)。50岁、50~59岁、60~69岁、70~79岁、≥80岁患者PPH的患病率分别为33.30%、37.00%、57.50%、69.40%、71.40%,年龄越大,PPH患病率越高(P0.05),但Logistic回归分析提示,年龄不是PPH的危险因素,高血压、吸烟与PPH呈正相关性。结论:PPH在住院患者中很常见,不仅好发于老年人,成年人也可发生。早餐后PPH最常见。吸烟、高血压是PPH的危险因素。
