内皮损伤致动脉硬化时糖蛋白的变化

【摘要】：随着社会老龄化的加快,动脉粥样硬化的发生率逐年升高。目前认为动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性炎症反应,而内皮损伤则是其始动环节。糖蛋白是一种具有多种生物活性的物质,它的异常表达一方面可以作为内皮损伤的标志物,为临床检测带来了极大的便利;另一方面又可能成为临床治疗心血管疾病的靶点。本文就内皮损伤致动脉粥样硬化时糖蛋白的变化作一综述。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of social aging, the incidence of atherosclerosis increases year by year. At present, atherosclerosis is considered to be a chronic inflammatory reaction, and endothelial injury is its initiation. Glycoprotein is a kind of substance with many biological activities. On the one hand, its abnormal expression can be used as a marker of endothelial injury, which brings great convenience for clinical detection; on the other hand, it may become a target for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the changes of glycoproteins in atherosclerosis induced by endothelial injury are reviewed.
