芪苈强心胶囊联合果糖对慢性心力衰竭血浆心肌酶谱、总抗氧化能力及心肌灌注的影响

【摘要】：目的:研究芪苈强心胶囊联合果糖对慢性心力衰竭血浆心肌酶谱、总抗氧化能力及心肌灌注的影响。方法:选取我院2011年7月至2014年7月慢性心力衰竭患者106例,按照入院顺序编号,采取随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组两组,每组53例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予果糖治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗有效率以及血浆心肌酶谱、总抗氧化能力及心肌灌注指标的变化情况。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为92.45%,较对照组77.6%明显为高。两组治疗后天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HDBH)水平均较治疗前明显降低;观察组患者治疗后AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、HDBH水平较对照组明显为低。观察组患者治疗8周后其总抗氧化能力(TAC)指标水平较对照组明显为高。两组患者LVEF、SWT指标水平较治疗前明显升高,WMI水平较治疗前明显为低;观察组患者治疗后LVEF、SWT水平较对照组明显为高,WMI水平较对照组明显为低。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合果糖治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著,患者的血浆心肌酶谱水平降低,总抗氧化能力提高,心肌灌注能力得到改善,心功能得到改善,值得临床应用推广。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with fructose on plasma myocardial zymogram, total antioxidant capacity and myocardial perfusion in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 106 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The patients in the control group were treated with fructose on the basis of routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical effective rate, plasma myocardial zymogram, total antioxidant capacity and myocardial perfusion index were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 92.45%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.6%). The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HDBH) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,HDBH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. The (TAC) index level of total antioxidant capacity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment. The level of LVEF,SWT in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the level of WMI in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the level of WMI in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with fructose is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure. The level of plasma myocardial zymogram is decreased, the total antioxidant capacity is increased, the myocardial perfusion ability is improved, and the cardiac function is improved, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
