芪苈强心胶囊联合果糖对慢性心力衰竭血浆心肌酶谱、总抗氧化能力及心肌灌注的影响
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with fructose on plasma myocardial zymogram, total antioxidant capacity and myocardial perfusion in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 106 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The patients in the control group were treated with fructose on the basis of routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group. The clinical effective rate, plasma myocardial zymogram, total antioxidant capacity and myocardial perfusion index were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 92.45%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.6%). The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HDBH) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,HDBH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. The (TAC) index level of total antioxidant capacity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment. The level of LVEF,SWT in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the level of WMI in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the level of WMI in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with fructose is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure. The level of plasma myocardial zymogram is decreased, the total antioxidant capacity is increased, the myocardial perfusion ability is improved, and the cardiac function is improved, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
