【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男性,63岁。主因"意识障碍2天"入院。入院前两天因酒后醉卧于室外,次日中午被家人发现神志不清,伴有全身冰冷,急就诊于当地镇卫生院,就诊时血压、脉搏及体温均测不出,遂转至当地县医院,就诊时血压、脉搏及体温仍测不出,予以升压、保温等抢救措施后,当日夜间意识渐恢复,但出现失语及双下肢无力,第3天转入我院,入院时查体体温36.5℃,脉搏73次/min,呼吸22
