血清endocan水平与心血管疾病关联性的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的:评价血清endocan与心血管疾病(CVD)的关联性。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),检索自建库以来至2017年3月1日发布的国内外相关文献,提取数据后,采用Stata 12软件进行Meta分析。结果:共13篇研究符合纳入标准,累计病例数1 356例,对照组946例。Meta分析结果表明,高血压、冠心病、冠状动脉(冠脉)血流缓慢患者血清Endocan水平较对照组升高,其合并标准化均数差值及其95%CI分别为0.69(0.30~1.09)、0.99(0.51~1.39)、0.62(0.45~0.78)(均P0.01)。进一步分析,高血压发生冠心病的患者血清endocan水平高于单纯高血压患者[0.61(0.30~0.92),P0.01]。结论:血清endocan水平可能是CVD发病的危险因素,但其病因关联性仍需随机对照试验研究进一步验证。
