外周血中GBGT1基因高表达可能作为评估急性心肌梗死风险的分子标记

目的:研究外周血中GBGT1基因高表达是否可能作为急性心肌梗死风险评估的遗传标记,并讨论GBGT1基因参与急性心肌梗死发病的可能机制。方法:在中国东北汉族人群中,选取急性心肌梗死病人90例为病例组,冠脉正常者90例为对照组,两组病人均经冠脉造影明确诊断。详细记录每位研究对象的临床资料。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测GBGT1基因在外周血中mRNA水平的表达。结果:在中国东北汉族人群中,急性心梗病人外周血白细胞中GBGT1基因mRNA表达增高;两组间血糖、血脂等生化指标比较显示:心梗组空腹血糖高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白低于对照组。结论:GBGT1基因在急性心肌梗死病人外周血白细胞中表达显著增高;外周血中GBGT1的高表达可能作为急性心肌梗死风险评估的分子标记。
