两种飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后的视觉质量对比

【摘要】：目的评估FS200和VisuMax两种不同的飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后患者视力和暗视下对比敏感度的不同。方法选取20例40眼行VisuMax飞秒激光制瓣LASIK手术(VisuMax组),20例40眼行FS200飞秒激光制瓣LASIK手术(FS200组)。观察术前及术后1周、1个月、3个月的裸眼视力(uncorrect visual acuity,UCVA)、屈光度、最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)和暗视下有无眩光状态下的对比敏感度。结果术后3个月时两组所有患者的UCVA均达到1.0及以上,有效指数为1.06±0.18(VisuMax组)和1.04±0.20(FS200组)(P=0.397),等效球镜为(0.11±0.22)D(VisuMax组)和(0.14±0.22)D(FS200组)(P=0.573),两组所有患者的等效球镜均在±1.00 D内,90.0%(VisuMax组)和87.5%(FS200组)的患者等效球镜在±0.50 D内(P=1.000),无患者出现BCVA下降,术后3个月时两组暗视无眩光情况下对比敏感度中频段均有提高(1.0∶5.0、1.0∶2.7),暗视有眩光下所有频段对比敏感度均提高,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05),所有结果两组间差异均无统计学意义(均为P0.05)。结论两种飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK术后的视力和暗视下对比敏感度变化是一致的,两种飞秒LASIK手术均有良好的有效性和可预测性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the difference of visual acuity and dark contrast sensitivity between two different femtosecond laser flaps (FS200 and VisuMax) after LASIK. Methods 20 patients (40 eyes) with VisuMax femtosecond laser flap (LASIK) and 40 eyes (40 eyes) with VisuMax femtosecond laser flap were treated with FS200 femtosecond laser. Before and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity and diopter of FS200 group were observed. Best corrected visual (BCVA) and contrast sensitivity under dark vision with or without glare. Results at 3 months after operation, the UCVA of all patients in both groups was 1.0 or above. The effective index was 1.06 卤0.18 visuMax) and 1.04 卤0.20 FS200 (0.397g) and 0.11 卤0.22 DX (visuMax) and 0.14 卤0.22DFS200 (0.14 卤0.22DFS200), respectively. All the patients in both groups were within 卤1.00 D VisuMax) and 87.5FS200 (P < 0.50 D). No decrease of BCVA was found in the two groups. At 3 months after operation, the contrast sensitivity of the two groups increased in the frequency range of 1.0: 5.0 to 1.0: 2.7 in the case of dark vision without glare, and the contrast sensitivity of all the frequency bands in the dark vision with glare was increased. The differences were statistically significant (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the visual acuity and dark contrast sensitivity of the two femtosecond laser flaps after LASIK are the same. Both femtosecond LASIK procedures are effective and predictable.
