睫状体冷冻术治疗新生血管性青光眼的近期疗效观察

【摘要】: 目的:探讨冷冻持续时间及冷冻点数对睫状体冷冻术治疗新生血管性青光眼(NVG)近期疗效的影响。 方法:对照实验研究,回顾性分析40例40眼实施睫状体冷冻术的NVG。根据冷冻持续时间及冷冻点数不同将患者分为4组,A组:10例10眼冷冻持续时间50秒,冷冻点数7点;B组:10例10眼持续50秒,冷冻点数8点;C组:10例10眼持续60秒,冷冻点数7点;D组:10例10眼持续60秒,冷冻点数8点。统计术前眼压与术后1个月眼压差值,运用SPSS13.0软件对析因设计资料进行方差分析。 结果:析因设计资料方差分析各组患者术前眼压与术后1个月眼压差值表明,冷冻持续时间各水平差异有统计学意义(F=134.107,P0.01),冷冻持续时间60秒降压效果优于50秒(F=12.53,P0.01);冷冻点数各水平差异无统计学意义(F=6.130,P0.01);冷冻持续时间与冷冻点数的交互作用无统计学意义(F=5.364,P0.01)。 结论:睫状体冷冻术术中冷冻持续时间为60秒时降压效果优于50秒。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of freezing duration and freezing points on the short-term efficacy of ciliary body cryotherapy for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma (NVG).
Methods: experimental study, retrospective analysis of 40 cases of NVG. performed in 40 eyes of CYCLOCRYOSURGERY according to the duration of freezing and freezing points of different patients were divided into 4 groups, group A: 10 eyes of 10 cases frozen for 50 seconds, 7 point freezing point; B group: 10 cases 10 eyes for 50 seconds the freezing point, 8 points; C group: 10 cases 10 eyes for 60 seconds, 7 point freezing point; D group: 10 cases 10 eyes for 60 seconds, frozen 8 points. The statistical preoperative IOP and 1 months after surgery, intraocular pressure difference, using the SPSS13.0 software of the factorial design data were analyzed by analysis of variance.
Results: the factorial design ANOVA in each group of patients with preoperative IOP and IOP difference after 1 months showed that there were statistically significant differences in the duration of the freezing level (F=134.107, P0.01), frozen for 60 seconds 50 seconds better than antihypertensive effect (F=12.53, P0.01); there was no significant difference in the level of F=6.130 (freezing point, P0.01); the interaction of frozen duration and freezing point was not statistically significant (F=5.364, P0.01).
Conclusion: the antihypertensive effect of cryosurgery for 60 seconds during ciliary cryosurgery is better than 50 seconds.
